Wall cavity extraction
Vermiculite hides inside walls. We open access points, vacuum out the loose fill, and close up the cavities cleanly. Drywall repair included so you're ready for renovation.
Boiler and pipe wrap
Older boilers and heating pipes were often packed with vermiculite. We take it out safely — pipe by pipe, fitting by fitting — without disturbing the rest of the building.
Ceiling and soffit cleanup
Blown-in vermiculite settles above dropped ceilings and inside soffits. We access tight spaces, remove the material by hand and vacuum, then restore access panels.

Containment setup
We seal off the affected area with poly sheeting and negative air pressure. This keeps spores from drifting into the rest of your home or building while we work.
HEPA vacuum and scrub
Every surface gets a HEPA vacuum followed by a thorough scrub with antimicrobial solution. No shortcuts, no spots missed.
Affected material removal
Drywall, insulation, ceiling tiles — anything the mold has colonized gets bagged and hauled out. We don't paint over the problem.
Final fogging and clearance
After removal, we fog the space with an EPA-registered fungicide and run a final air test. You get a clean bill of health before we pack up.
